II.3) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR
SERVICES: Cornwall College is seeking a private sector supplier or
suppliers to acquire (where necessary), design, build, finance, maintain
and operate a number of new build student accommodation units. The College
which has campuses throughout the county of Cornwall anticipates that the
new units will be built on existing College campuses or off-site within
close proximity to College campuses.

II.7) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: At this stage Cornwall College are seeking
either expressions of interest or technical dialogue from private sector
suppliers.
This tender will be conducted via the College's e-tendering system In-tend
on the following website:
https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cornwall
Any suppliers interested in this project must register on the College's
e-tendering system and then express an interest in this project "Provision
of Student Residences" which can be located by clicking the Current
Tenders area on the left hand menu.
The College will then contact all suppliers who have expressed an interest
to ascertain if they would be willing to conduct a technical dialogue.
Suppliers are asked to note that at this stage no papers are available,
the decision with regards to procedure, division into lots will be
provided in contract notice which the College anticipates placing in the
near future.
