DescriptionThe AEC has a requirement for data capture from Certified Lists for federal electoral events (including Referendums, By-elections and supplementary elections) to provide information (outputs) to meet legislative requirements

Conditions for Participation1.   The Respondent and any nominated subcontractors proposed in the Response must not be named as not complying with the Equal Employment Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Cth). 2.   The Respondent should demonstrate that it does not have any judicial decisions against it relating to employee entitlements and has not paid the claim (noting that the type of information the Commonwealth is seeking, refer to Schedule 2 of the REOI).
Timeframe for DeliveryThe expected term of the Contract should the AEC proceed to a formal request for tender is three years with one extension option for a further three and a half years.
