Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128174/D/SER/KOS.

3. Programme: Council Joint Action 2008/124/CFSP of 4.2.2008 on the
European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (hereafter 'EULEX Kosovo').
4. Financing: Budget article 19 03 03.
Contract No CFSP/2008/16/EULEX Kosovo — De Kermabon.
5. Contracting authority: The Head of EULEX Kosovo, Pristina, Kosovo.
6. Nature of contract: Global price.
7. Contract description: Provide infrastructure and support services
covering Microsoft products already in use and/or already purchased by the
contracting authority, which should include proactive, reactive, remote
and on-site support as well as quality assurance.
8. Indicative budget: EUR 300 000 yearly.
