- The Government of thePhilippines has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of Judicial ReformSupport Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to paymentsunder the contract for Supply and Delivery of 3-units Buses for Mobile Court.
- The Supreme Court of thePhilippines now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of 3-units Bus for Mobile Court. Thedelivery period is within one hundred eighty three (183) days upon issuance and receipt of the Notice to Proceed(NTP).
- Bidding will be conductedthrough the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries asdefined in the Guidelines.
