Individual supply contract forecast

3. Programme: European Union banana support programme, SFA 2006.
4. Financing: Budget line B7-8710 — assistance to traditional ACP
suppliers of bananas.
5. Contracting authority: Ministry of Economic Development, Commerce,
Industry and Consumer Protection, Sir Edney Cain Building, Belmopan, Cayo
District, Belize.
6. Contract description: The subject of the contract is the delivery by
the contractor of the following goods in 1 lot:
Nematicides to treat (1 application) at least 5 900 acres of banana
plantations established at a planting density of 800 plants per acre.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: Lot 1: nematicides.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: March 2009.
