II.3) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR
SERVICES: Centro is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide landscaping
and cleaning services at its rail station car parks. The contract duration
is expected to be either for a 2 or 3 year duration, and the expected
commencement date is 1.6.2009 with the provision to extend for a further
period of up to 12 months subject to the discretion of Centro. Estimated
cost per annum is expected to be £100 000 but this an estimate and Centro
cannot be bound by this figure.
