Individual supply contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128110/C/SUP/AZ.
2. Procedure: Open.
3. Programme: Tacis.
4. Financing: Tacis Azerbaijan action programme 2006.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the beneficiary country,
Baku, Azerbaijan.
6. Contract description: This contract will supply office and IT
equipment to both the National Coordination Unit of the Republic of
Azerbaijan and the various twinning projects underway in Azerbaijan at the
moment. It will also supply laboratory equipment to the fish and food
standards twinning project.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: 2:
— lot 1: office and IT equipment,
— lot 2: laboratory equipment.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: March 2009.
9. Additional information: None.
10. Legal basis: Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 99/2000 of
29.12.1999 concerning the provision of assistance to the partner States in
eastern Europe and central Asia, as amended by Council Regulation (EC) No
2112/2005 of 21.11.2005 on access for Community external assistance.
