-Certificate emise de organisme independente care atesta respectarea standardelor de asigurare a calitatii, respectiv ISO 9001:2000 sau alte dovezi si documente echivalente care confirma asigurarea calitati
- Certificate emise de organisme independente care atesta respectarea standardelor de management de mediu, respectiv ISO 14001:2004 sau alte dovezi si documente echivalente
- Certificate emise de organisme independente care atesta respectarea sistemului de management al sanatatii si securitatii ocupationale , respectiv OHSAS 18001:1999, sau alte dovezi si documente echivalente
- liste a contractelor, angajamentelor aflate în derulare în momentul deschiderii ofertelor, cu precizarea valorilor, termenelor de finalizare si a beneficiarului;
- experienta similara, conform formularului 8 pentru cel mult 3 contract de valoare de cel putin 50% din valoarea estimata + (copie dupa contractul respectiv + recomandare( inclusiv de la Inspectoratul in Constructii)- formular 9)(-cerinta minima de calificare)
- Conform formularului D1 (daca nu sunt subcontractanti se va mentiona expres acest lucru in formular)
