Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128067/C/SER/KH.
2. Procedure: International restricted call for tender.
3. Programme: DCI.
4. Financing: Budget line 19.1001, Financing Agreement ASIE/2006/18329.
5. Contracting authority: European Community, represented by the European
Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the Kingdom of Cambodia,
Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: In line with the programme-based budgeting
reforms being introduced nationally to all ministries, the objective of
the technical assistance is to strengthen the process of decentralisation
and deconcentration by providing professional support to the MoEYS in
strengthening and developing its decentralised planning, personnel
management, budgeting and financial and technical reporting systems.
8. Indicative budget: EUR 500 000.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: March 2009.
