represented by National Authorising Officer of the EDF, Minister of
Finance, Ministry of Finance, Capital Hill, PO Box 30049, Lilongwe 3,
Malawi.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: A consultant is required to act as supervisor's
representative for the supervision of works for the upgrading of
Mchinji–Kawere (S118) road. The supervisor will be the roads authority.
8. Indicative budget: EUR 630 000.
9. Intended timing of publication: March 2009.

11. Legal basis: ACP–EC Partnership Agreement signed at Cotonou on
