Description The Works comprise earthworks, drainage, pavement construction, concrete works, fencing and landscaping associated with a 4 hectare hard stand area south of Eden, NSW.

Organisations are invited to submit their tender for the works prepared in accordance with the Tender Document, available on NSW Maritime’s web site www.maritime.nsw.gov.au and the NSW Government web site www.tenders.nsw.gov.au or by request during normal business hours from:

The following criteria are to be addressed in the submission:

• Demonstrated understanding of the Environmental Management requirements
• Program and task appreciation
• Key personnel
• Industrial Relations management
• OH&S management
• Management capabilities and quality assurance
• Financial standing
• Price and Value for Money
Only those submissions that comply with the schedules and criteria listed in the Tender Document will be considered.

A Pre-tender meeting and site inspection will take place on Thursday 19 February 2009 at 09:00 am at the Harbour Master’s office, Snug Cove, Eden.

Three copies of the submission are required (no electronic submissions), and must be titled and addressed as follows:
