Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the Bonafide suppliers /sole agents /importers for supply and installation of imported reputed and proven brand Air Coolers (Namely Carrier /National /General /Daikin/York /Hitachi / Mitsubishi/Fuji Brand) for Uttara Bank Limited. Intending Tenders having perquisite qualification and experience may apply on their letter head pad along with the attested copies of requisite work completion certificates, IT Clearance certificates; VAT Registration certificates, valid Trade License for Purchasing Tender documents from the office of the undersigned on cash payments of Tk 1500 Non Refundable per set on or before 18-02-2009 during office hours. Firms having no working experience for at least two instance for supplying, installation and Maintenance o split type Air Coolers valued not less than Tk 25.00 Lac in a single work order in each instance in any Government /semi Government Organization or Corporation or Autonomous Body or Bank or in any organization of above category within the last 3 years need not submit any application.
Quotations will be received up to 02.30 pm on 19-02-2009 in the Tender Box placed at the office of the undersigned. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 pm in presence of the Tenderers if any other details will be available in the tender documents. For any further details, anybody may contact the undersigned during office hours.
The Uttara Bank limited reserves the right not to accept the lowest tender and to reject any tender or part thereof or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
