1) A Complete set of bidding documents may be obtained between 10.30 Hours to 17.00 Hours on all working days from 05/02/2009 to 26/02/2009 from the address of communication mentioned above. The Bid document can be obtained on payment of non-refundable cost of document mentioned above in the form of Cash or Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque Favoring “Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gwalior” and Payable at Gwalior.
2) Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days (One hundred twenty Days) after the deadline date for bid submission.
3) Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable Earnest Money Deposit as indicated in NIT as above shall be rejected by the Employer as non-responsive.
4) The lowest bidder have to get him-self registered with GMC in appropriate class before entering in agreement, within one month of issue of letter of acceptance even if they are having valid registration with another Govt. Department.
5) A Pre Bid meeting will be conducted on 18/02/2009 at 11.00 AM at Office of the City Planner, Jankarya Section, Municipal Corporation, Maharaj Bada, Gwalior.
