Individual supply contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128039/D/SUP/SL.
2. Procedure: Open.
3. Programme: EDF.
4. Financing: Financing agreement.
5. Contracting authority: Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone,
Freetown, Sierra Leone.
6. Contract description: There will be one supply contract for each lot.
Lot 1 contains the supply of vehicles for the Sierra Leone Roads Authority
(SLRA). The vehicles will mainly consist of 4 x 4 heavy duty vehicles for
monitoring works on the road network in Sierra Leone.
The second lot includes the supply of computers and printers as well as
office furniture for both the central SLRA office in Freetown and the
regional offices of SLRA.
7. Indicative number and titles of lots: 2 lots are foreseen:
lot 1: supply of vehicles;
lot 2: supply of equipment.
8. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: First
quarter 2009.
9. Additional information: Not applicable.
10. Legal basis: ACP–EC Partnership Agreement signed at Cotonou on
23.6.2000 as amended on 25.6.2005 and in 2008 (Annex IV).
