Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/128038/D/SER/SL.
2. Procedure: Restricted.
3. Programme: EDF.
4. Financing: Financing agreement.
5. Contracting authority: Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone,
Freetown, Sierra Leone.
6. Nature of contract: Fee-based.
7. Contract description: A Technical Assistance Team (TAT) will assist
the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA) in the implementation of the
project, including the provision of technical expertise tasks, including
the monitoring of physical and financial implementation of EDF-financed
projects in the roads sector, and training of SLRA staff in-house or at
external training facilities.
8. Indicative budget: EUR 1 700 000.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: First
quarter 2009.

11. Legal basis: ACP–EC Partnership Agreement signed at Cotonou on
23.6.2000 as amended on 25.6.2005 and in 2008 (Annex IV).
