The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), on behalf of the U.S. House of Representatives, is seeking proposals from a contractor to provide professional Salon and Barber Shop Services to House Members, staff, and visitors.  The contractor will operate the Salon and Barber Shop facilities in the House.  The successful contractor will have the capability and expertise to operate and manage at a high level of service, be flexible to change, and implement and offer new ideas that will greatly improve upon the quality of service being offered.  The solicitation may be downloaded from the House web site: http://www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.shtml.
