SECTION II.A: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT (WORKS)

Construction of a Household Waste Recycling Centre in Market Rasen,
Lincolnshire.
II.2) TYPE OF CONTRACT AND LOCATION OF WORKS: Main site or location of
works: Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.

II.4) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND SCOPE OF WORKS: NEC 3 form of
contract is to be used. The scheme will be to build a new Household Waste
Recycling Centre on Gallamore Lane Industrial Estate, Market Rasen,
Lincolnshire. In addition to this a new access road (approx 160 metres
long) will need to be constructed. New service utilities will be required
to make the site operational.
