Suplimentarea val. initiale cu suma de 157.887,69 lei s-a impus pt. ca val. estimata a contr. la data initierii proced de achizitie s-a realizat la inceputul anului si a fost stab cu luarea in consid. a preturilor de pe piata la mom estim resp. curs euro si rap euro/dolar mai mici decat cele la care s-a desf licit. La mom. estim val contr de achiz, dobanzile de pe piata bancara erau considerabil mai mici.
