returned data reaches the accuracy level specified in the tender.

4. The overall cost and cost structure of the proposal. Weighting: 15.
5. An ability to guarantee the integrity, security and confidentiality of
the database and all materials and information related to the process.

6. The level of support available to the Department for Quality Assessment
