potentially anywhere in the UK.

agreement will be let initially for the use of Uttlesford District Council
but subsequently for the use of any local authority or registered Social
Landlord in the UK. The framework agreement will be administered and
managed by braintree district council which employs the staff of the essex
Procurement Hub of which Uttlesford District Council is a member.
