Small civil engineering works to include car parks, unadopted estate
roads, disabled adaptions, footpaths and other general works.

performance: Works.
Realisation, by whatever means of work, corresponding to the requirements
specified by the contracting authorities.
Main site or location of works: Initially Saffron Walden, but potentially
anywhere in the U.K.
II.1.3) The notice involves: The establishment of a framework agreement.

several operators.

agreement will be let, initially for use by Uttlesford District Council,
but ultimately for use by any local authority or registered social
landlord in the UK. it is anticipated that in the case of Uttlesford's
requirements the average value of each contract let under the framework
will be in the region of £ 10 000. In many cases a fast, efficient and
responsive service will be required the framework agreement will be
administered and managed by Braintree District Council which employs the
staff of the Essex Procurement Hub, of which Uttlesford District Council
is a member.
