OGCbuying.solutions requires to establish framework agreements for the use
by or on behalf of UK public sector bodies. These will include Central
Government Departments & their Agencies,NHS Bodies,Local
Authorities,Police and Emergency Services,Educational
Establishments,Utilities and Registered Charities. The above Public Sector
Bodies have a need for SUPPLY ONLY OR SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF FLOORING ON
A NATIONAL BASIS. The Public Sector Bodies may decide to hold an
electronic reverse auction on the reopening of competition among the
parties to the framework agreement(s).
