Note: Registration of Suppliers, Draughts persons and Contractors for supply of Water Equipment (SLS) and Pipes
Registration Fee: 1000/-

Quotations are invited for the supply of under mentioned equipment and items between Rs. 1/- and Rs. 500,000/-.
Applications are invited for the registration of contractors and suppliers for services mentioned below between Rupees one (Rs. 1.00) and-Rupees Five Lakh (Rs. 500,000/-).
Self-prepared completed applications along with the relevant registration fee should be sent addressed to the Secretary, Pathadumbara Pradeshiya Sabha, Pitiyegedera, Wattegama by registered post or hand delivered to be received on or before 31-01-2009.

Apart from screening eligibilities, the prospective tenderers will be subject to a field test.
General Conditions: (1) On occasions where the quotations or quotations for services are effective for less than a year, that should clearly be-mentioned in the quotations submitted. (2) The prices of all items quoted should include transport cost of delivery either to the Sabha or its work sites. (3) Normally quotations will be called from the registered suppliers— but the Sabha reserves the right to make purchases and obtain-services from suppliers outside the list on occasions where the,* registered suppliers fail to supply goods on prevalent prices and ™ where purchases can be made cheaper. (4) Quotations should be submitted when notified by the Sabha: Suppliers who fail to make supplies on accepted prices and in-contrary to the required policies will have their registrations cancelled. (5) The Sabha reserves the right to impose additional conditions whenever it assumes deemed necessary, regarding the supply. (6) Any further details can be obtained from the Pradeshiya Sabha. (Telephone No. 081-2476297). (7) A 20% VAT charge will be imposed apart from the amounts.
1) Registration .fee for contractors and approved societies in or outside the authority area, up to 500.000 CO 1000 00; 2) Registration fee for contractors and approved societies in or outside the authority area from 500 000.00 to 1000000.002500 00; 3) Registration fee for Intax certified (received / not received) contractors and approved societies in or outside the authority area from 1000000.00 to 5000000.00; 5000.00; 4) Private suppliers, contractors and construction firms in the authority area will be registered at the Pradeshiya Sabha.
