verklaard. Indover Bank is statutair gevestigd te Amsterdam, Nederland. De
rechtbank heeft mr. M.L.D. Akkaya benoemd tot rechter-commissaris. Als
curatoren van Indover Bank zijn aangesteld de heer mr. A. van Hees en de
heer H.P. de Haan RA, Postbus 75640, 1070 AP Amsterdam, Nederland. Door de
faillietverklaring van Indover Bank is de toepassing van de noodregeling
van rechtswege geëindigd. Op het faillissement is, behoudens
uitzonderingen, Nederlands recht van toepassing.
