Description

The Bureau of Meteorology is currently planning for the refurbishment of the Darwin Regional Office. 

The Bureau is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the works associated with the office fitout.

Conditions for Participation

The National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, revised September 2005, reissued June 2006, applies to this project.  Contractors interested in being considered for tender should submit: 

General construction capability

  • Experience in project delivery
  • Financial capability
  • Quality Assurance status
  • Key personnel with relevant experience
  • Compliance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry
Timeframe for Delivery

Refurbishment to be completed by 30 April 2009
