pääasiallinen toteutuspaikka: Helsingin kaupunki.

II.3) TÄHÄN ILMOITUKSEEN LIITTYY PUITEJÄRJESTELY: ei.
II.4) LYHYT SELOSTUS RAKENNUSURAKAN LUONTEESTA JA LAAJUUDESTA:
Asuinrakennusten peruskorjaus.
Kohteessa on kolme 3-kerroksista asuintaloa, jotka ovat valmistuneet v.
1950 ja joihin on tehty kevyt peruskorjaus v. 1983.
Kortteli 803 (Osmontie 35); asuntoja on 63 kpl, huoneistoala 4 050 m².
Kortteli 809 (Pohjolankatu 2); asuntoja on 67 kpl, huoneistoala 2 765 m².
Korjaustyö on suunniteltu aloitettavaksi keväällä 2009.
Hanke toteutetaan jaettuna kokonaishintaurakkana seuraavasti:
— Rakennusurakka (pääurakka),
— LV-urakka (alistettu sivu-urakka),
— IV-urakka (alistettu sivu-urakka),
— Sähkö- ja automatiikkaurakka (alistettu sivu-urakka).
Sopimus on jaettu osiin: kyllä.
II.5) YHTEINEN HANKINTANIMIKKEISTÖ (CPV): 45000000.
II.6) SOPIMUKSENTEKOMENETTELYJEN SUUNNITELTU ALKAMISPÄIVÄ JA SOPIMUKSEN
