II.4) DESCRIPTION SUCCINCTE DE LA NATURE ET DE L’ÉTENDUE DES TRAVAUX:
L’opération vise à adapter et mettre en conformité les locaux, en
satisfaisant aux besoins induits par l’évolution de la structure
pédagogique de l’établissement, à combler en surface et en locaux certains
déficits constatés concernant divers fonctions pédagogiques, de services
et d’accueil et à résoudre les dysfonctionnement techniques du bâti pour
en assurer la mise en conformité et en sécurité, l’hygiène,
l’accessibilité et la remise à niveau. L’intervention de la maîtrise
d’oeuvre portera en outre sur un internat (locaux à sommeil). La surface
totale concernée par l’opération s’élève à 2 760 m² utiles environ dont 1
590 m² utiles environ en réhabilitation. L’opération devra être réalisée
en site occupé.
