EDF

6. Object of the contract: Technical assistance.
7. Contract description: 2 long-term technical assistants for an expected
duration of 2 years to assist Ministry of Culture departments with
implementation of the 10th EDF cultural support programme. The technical
assistant will assist the beneficiary with execution of the project, in
particular by carrying out work requiring technical skills and will have
expertise in the field of culture and supporting SMEs. Provision for
short-term technical assistance assignments is also part of the contract.
8. Maximum budget available: EUR 665 000.
9. Scheduled date for publication of the contract notice: 1.2.2009.
11. Legal basis: ACP-EC Cotonou Agreement, signed on 23.6.2000.
Decision No 2/2002 of the ACP-EC Council of Ministers of 7.10.2002
regarding the implementation of Articles 28, 29 and 30 of Annex IV to the
Cotonou Agreement and its Annex.
