Contractul are ca scop livrarea, instalarea, punerea în functiune, mentenanta in perioada de garantie a bunurilor si sau echipamentelor furnizate pentru dotarea sediilor UIP (Centrul TVET) precum si a vehiculului, contractul fiind folosit in principal la echiparea unor birouri regionale ale Centrului TVET, cu scopul de a facilita intalnirile si pregatirile in regiune pentru asistarea potentialilor promoteri de proiect la dezvoltarea protofoliului de proiecte pentru Fondul Social European.
