II.3) SHORT DESCRIPTION OF NATURE AND QUANTITY OR VALUE OF SUPPLIES OR
SERVICES: The Irish National Oil Reserves Agency (NORA) is the Irish State
Agency responsible for the storage of the oil reserves of the Republic of
Ireland.
During 2009 NORA may issue a number of invitations for.
1. The provision of bulk oil storage services at suitable locations in
North West Europe;
2. The supply and delivery of bulk oil to new and existing NORA oil
storage facilities across Western Europe.
The Agency will consider proposals that combine the in tank purchase of
oil with a storage contract.

Range: between 6 000 000 and 7 000 000 EUR.

10 000 metric tons and be suitable for Petrol, Gas Oil, Diesel or
Kerosene.
The storage must have access to the sea.
The storage must be available for a minimum of 4 years.
