Garantie de participare: 3500 euro cu valabilitate de 90 de zile de la data depunerii ofertei; Garantie de buna executie de 10% din valoarea contractului fara TVA.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
a) Certif.constatator elib.de Min.Justitiei - Of.Registrului Comert.sau echivalent din care sa rezulte numele complet , sediul, pers.autorizate/ administratori;- Subcontractantii sunt obligati sa prezinte acest doc.
b) Adr.de la Curtea Districtuala /Instanta competenta/ Ag.guvernamentala din care sa rezulte ca operatorul econ. nu este în insolventa/faliment/aranjament cu creditorii
c) Certif.de atestare fiscala eliberat de organul de admin.fiscala al unitatii.admin. teritoriale de pe raza careia soc. îsi are sediul social provind plata obligatiilor la bug.de stat sau echivalent. Certif.trebuie sa fie valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor
d) Certif.privind plata impozitelor si taxelor locale, valabil la data desc.ofertelor si fara datorii restante la data elib.
e) Certif.ptr plata CAS (pentru statele în care autorit. fiscale nu colecteaza si CAS) valabil la data desch.ofertelor.
f) Cazier judiciar pentru administrator(i) asa cum sunt mentionati în Certif.Constatator precum si pentru pers. împuternicita (unde este cazul) ce semneaza decl.referitoare la art.180 si art.181, respectiv Decl.privind eligibilitatea
g) Cazier judiciar al comp.(pentru statele unde e aplicabil).
Ptr. Pers.juridice/fizice straine se solicita documente edific.care sa dovedesca o forma de înregistrare ca pers. juridica, în confor. cu preved.legale din tara în care ofertantul este rezident, precum si un certif.de Rezidenta Fiscala (evitarea dubleri impuneri) valabil pe anul calendaristic în curs.

a) Media profitului net al ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici împreuna)
b) Media Cifrei de afaceri a ofertantului (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici impreuna) pe ultimii trei ani (2005, 2006, 2007)

a) Trebuie sa fie pozitiva pe ultimii trei ani (2005, 2006, 2007). b) Trebuie sa fie de cel putin 175.000 euro.

a) Ofertantul trebuie sa prezinte informatii referitoare la modul de organizare si personal, astfel:
b) Ofertantul (operator economic sau membrii asocierii de operatori economici împreuna) trebuie sa demonstreze experienta în domeniul furnizarii de echipamente tehnica de calcul, prin:

a) sa dispuna de cel putin 5 (cinci) persoane care sa lucreze (personal tehnic de specialitate) în domeniul IT&C, de care se poate folosi la implementare pe toata perioada de derulare a contractului b) maxim 3 contracte ( furnizare de echipamente tehnica de calcul) valoarea cumulata a acestor contracte fiind de minimum 87.500 euro, aceasta reprezentând participarea ofertantului c) ISO 9001 sau echivalent, în domeniul IT&C - în cazul unei asocieri, aceasta conditie trebuie îndeplinita de toti membrii asocierii
