A4340090003. This purpose of this announcement is to provide notice before issuance of commerical item solicitation as required by 5.203 (a). Services/work required is Removal and Replacement of Fort McHenry's (Baltimore, Md) wooden flagpole. The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about Monday, 22 December 2008. The solicitation will provide all the information required to submit your proposal. This is a Small Business set aside. NAISC code 321999, size 500 employees. This is a small business set aside. Award will be made to the responsive responsible contractor providing the lowest price. Contractor awarded this contract will need to be listed on the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov and have a current active registration.
