7. Contract description: Provision of a helicopter service on a 24/7
basis in the region of Kosovo and neighbouring states for medical rescue
and evacuation flights (medevac). Contractors have to provide 2
helicopters: IFR-equipped, NVG-compatible cockpit and HEMS-equipment with
capacity to transport 2 patients, 1 doctor, and 1 paramedic/rescue
assistant.
