Individual service contract forecast
1. Publication reference: EuropeAid/127902/D/SER/KOS.

3. Programme: Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP): Implementation
of Council Joint Action 2008/124/CFSP of 4.2.2008 on the European Union
Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo, EULEX Kosovo.
4. Financing: Budget article 19 03 03.
Contract No CFSP/2008/16/EULEX Kosovo-Yves de Kermabon.
5. Contracting authority: The Head of the EULEX Kosovo, Pristina, Kosovo.
6. Nature of contract: Unit price.
7. Contract description: Provision of helicopter services on a 24/7 basis
in the region of Kosovo and neighbouring states for mission related tasks
(including transport of senior staff) for at least 12 persons. Contractors
have to provide a helicopter IFR-equipped and with NVG-compatible cockpit.
As additional equipment a fast roping system and an airborne imaging
system with downlink (FLIR/daylight) is required. The contract will have a
6-month trial period. The contract will have duration of 12 months.
8. Indicative budget: EUR 300 000/per month.
9. Intended timing of publication of the procurement notice: June 2009.
