La cap. II.1.3)din anuntul de participare, autoritatea contractanta a omis sa mentioneze faptul ca procedura se va finaliza prin incheierea unui acord-cadru, cu o durata de 3 ani, cu un singur operator economic.In data de 17.09.2008 s-a facut precizarea la sectiunea "Documentatie si clarificari" ca procedura se va finaliza prin incheierea unui acord cadru. Mentionam ca documentatia de atribuire atasata anuntului de participare si postata in SEAP, ce a fost accesibila operatorilor economici, contine la pct. II.1.3 precizarea ca se va incheia un acord-cadru.
