garantie de participare la licitatie în suma de 8.000 lei; ofertantul câstigator va constitui o garantie de buna executie a contractului în procent de 5% din valoarea acestuia fara T.V.A.

Declaratie de eligibilitate, declaratie privind neancadrarea in prevederile art.181 din OUG 34/2006,certificat de atestare fiscala privind impozitele si taxele locale,certificat de atestare fiscala privind plata obligatiilor la bugetul general consolidat,certificat constatator,certificat de inregistare,

-Valoarea cifrei medii de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani trebuie sa fie egala sau mai mare decat valoarea minima de 800.000 RON, valoare rezultata exclusiv din prestarea serviciilor de paza;

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
- Experienta in realizarea cu succes, in ultimii 3 ani a cel putin 1 contract al carui obiect a fost prestarea serviciilor de paza cu o valoare egala sau mai mare decat 200.000 RON fara T.V.A. Recomandare din partea beneficiarului pentru contractul similar indeplinit,
- lista cu personalul specializat disponibil pentru prestarea serviciilor, si prezentarea CV-urilor pentru acestia,
-declaratie privind echipamentele tehnice de care dispune operatorul economic pentru indeplinirea corespunzatoare a prezentului contract de achizitie publica;
-informatii privind masurile de protectie a mediului pe care operatorul economic le va aplica in timpul indeplinirii prezentului contract de lucrari, masuri care sa respecte in totalitate solicitarile prevazute in documentatia de atribuire in acest sens;
