Expressions of interest


The Government of Croatia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Revenue Administration Modernization Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services include Business Process Analysis and Reengineering of Core Operational and Headquarters Functions. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR), providing also information on the qualification requirements for the key personnel as well as the estimated effort level, is published on the website of Croatian Tax Administration (CTA) at www.porezna-uprava.hr.

The CTA, implementing agency of the project now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The consulting firm shall possess the following qualifications:
• General experience – at least 5 years of experience on consulting to firms or public agencies on business or administrative modernizations;
• Specific experience – having implemented similar assignments in the area of business process analysis and reengineering.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers, May 2004.

Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by December 24, 2008.
