Avand in vedere ca ofertele primite au depasit valoarea estimata, Primaria Municipiului Dej a solicitat catre Ministerului Dezvoltarii Lucrarilir Publice si Locuintei si Agentia de Dezvoltare Regionala Nord-Vest incheierea actului aditional nr. 3 la CONTRACT DE FINANTARE RO2004/016-772.04.01.04.01.01.72 pentru modificarea bugetului proiectului prin transferarea sumelor intre liniile bugetare , sume necesare incheierii contractelor pentru achizitia de echipamente. Mentionam ca achizitia a fost monitorizata de catre Directia Generala a Finantelor Publice a jud. Cluj prin Compartimentul de Verificare a Achizitiilor Publice prin care sa eliberat Raportul de Activitate nr. 2195/16.10.2008
