Garantia de participare este in suma de 4.000 lei. Ofertantul castigator va constitui garantia de buna executie in cuantum de 10% din valoarea contractului subsecvent fara TVA.

Declaratie privind eligibilitatea; Declaratie privind neincadrarea in situatii prevazute la art. 181 din OUG nr. 34/2006; Certificat constatator emis de ORC-emis cu maxim 30 zile inainte de data deschiderii ofertelor; Certificat de atestare fiscala emis de Agentia Nationala de Administrare Fiscala, valabil la data deschiderii ofertelor; certificat de atestare fiscala emis de Primaria pe raza careia ofertantul are sediul si certificat de atestare fiscala emis de Primaria Oradea, valabile la data deschiderii ofertelor, din care sa reiasa faptul ca ofertantul nu are datorii catre Bugetul Local. Daca ofertantul nu are deschis rol fiscal la Primaria Oradea acesta va depune o declaratie prin care atesta faptul ca nu are bunuri impozabile si nu desfasoara activitati generatoare de obligatii fata de bugetul local al municipiului Oradea la data depunerii ofertei.

Bilanturile contabile pe ultimii 3 ani vizate si înregistrate de organele competente si/sau declaratie de la organul de fiscalitate pentru P.F.A.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
Persoanele fizice sau juridice care participa la licitatie, trebuie sa fie asociate ANEVAR. Atât societatea, cât si personalul angajat vor prezenta ca document achitarea cotizatiei
- Autoritatea contractanta solicita ca operatorul economic sa demonstreze ca a îndeplinit în ultimii 3 ani, cel putin 3 contracte, care au avut ca obiect prestarea unor servicii similare cu o valoare totala egala sau mai mare de 100.000 lei fara T.V.A.,
- Operatorii economici vor prezenta cel putin 3 (trei) recomandari din partea celor mai importanti beneficiari/clienti pentru care au realizat evaluari.
- personal specializat - Operatorii economici care participa la licitatie trebuie sa prezinte o "Declaratie privind efectivele medii anuale ale personalului angajat si al cadrelor de conducere, "Declaratie care contine informatii privind numarul mediu, în ultimele 12 luni, al personalului angajat", asigurarea cu personal de specialitate, numarul si pregatirea cadrelor de conducere, precum si persoanele responsabile direct de îndeplinirea contractului,
- certificarea sistemului calitatii - ISO 9001:2001 pentru activitati de evaluari de bunuri imobile sau mobile (sau echivalent)
