Sealed quotations are hereby invited from the bonafide, well experienced and technically sound Architectural / Engineering Firms for Internal Renovation and Decoration Work of Uttara Bank Limited, Agrabad Branch, Chittagong, Located at 74, Agrabad C/A (Ground floor), Chittagong. Intending Tender having prerequisite qualification and experience may apply on their letter head pad along with the attested copies of requisite work completion certificate IT clearance certificate. Vat Registration Certificate and academic certificate of the Architects under their regular service for purchasing Tender Documents from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Tk. 2000/- (Non-refundable) per set on or before 03.12.2008 during office hours. Firms having no working experience for the same nature of Internal Renovation and Decoration Work Valued not less than 40.00 lac in corporate of Autonomous Body or Bank or in any Organization of above category within the last 3 (three) years and not having at least 1 (one) Graduate Architect with minimum 5 years practical experience in their regular service need not submit any application.
The Bank will supply necessary Plan and Drawing for the work. The Successfully will have to prepare detailed working drawing and will have to make necessary changes / alternation in the Plan and Drawing as per practical requirement in consultation with the Bank Management.
Quotation will be received up to 1-30 pm on 04./12/2008 in the Tender Box Placed at Office of the undersigned. Tender will be opened on the same day at 02-00 pm in presence of the tenders or their representatives, if any other details will be available in the Tender documents. For any further details anybody may contact the undersigned during office hours.
Uttara Bank Limited reserve the right not to accept the Lowest Tender and to reject any Tender or part there of or all Tenders without assigning any reason what soever.
