The Bureau proposes to establish a Standing Offer with the successful tenderer for the refurbishment of magnetrons for an initial three-year period, with an option of two 12-monthly extensions.  The magnetrons need to be refurbished to original manufacturer's specifications and be warranted as such.

The Bureau will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Bureau considers that the tender does not meet one or more of the following conditions:

a)  Tenderer complies with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace  Act 1999;

b)  Tenderer must not be on the list of persons and entities designated as terrorists under Part 4 of the Charter of the United Nations Act 1945 and the Charter of United Nations (Terrorism and Dealing with Assets) Regulations 2002; and

c)  Tenderer complies with clause 20 'Conflict of Interest' and clause 21 'Ethical Behaviour' of the Conditions of Tender.
