This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-28. Contractors must have a valid Dun and Bradstreet number and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This action is being set aside for small business participation. BID SCHEDULE Propane 12,000 gallons (estimated) Price per gallon $_______________________ CONTRACTOR MUST INDICATE IF THEY CAN PROVIDE SERVICE TO ALL LOCATIONS (MD and VA) AND IF NOT, INDICATE WHICH LOCATIONS FALL WITHIN THIER GEOGRAPHIC SERVICING AREA. Delivery on or about Dec.15, 2008 through Sept. 30, 2009 on an On Call basis. Quantities are estimated, not to exceed . DELIVERY LOCATIONS:Assateague Island National Seashore, Berlin, MD HEADQUARTERS - 1 2000 GAL TANK (in ground tank)MD - Public Landing 1 @ 100 gal tank (above ground tank)MD - Ranger Station 330 gal tank (above ground tank) Assateague Island National Seashore, Toms Cove, Chincoteague, VA VA - Maintenance - 1000 gal tank (above ground tank)VA - VC 500 gal tank (above ground tank)Due to the geographic proximity of the tanks, multiple awards may be issued.
