Provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, and equipment (except as noted in the Statement of Work) necessary to provide custodial and related services as specified at the U.S. Fish and and Wildlife Service, Tewaukon National Wildlife Refuge, Montana. Services are to begin approximately December 15, 2008 through November 30, 2009 for the base period. The NAICS code is 561720. Small business size standard is $16.5 million. The award will include four option periods. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) closing date is 4:00 P.M. (MST) on December 12, 2008. The RFQ will be available through the Government Point of Entry (GPE)(http://www.fedizopps.gov). Parties accessing the RFQ through the GPE are to submit their quote through the GPE. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the RFQ to 303/236-4791, Attention: Cathleen DeBerry. Please include RFQ number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website as an active vendor in order to be eligible for an award.
