Sealed Tenders are hereby invited from the bonafide Supplier/ Sole Agents/ Importers for Supply and Installation of Portable Electric Generator (Preferably Japan / USA/ any E.U Country / Malaysia / Taiwan / Autraliya / Korea Orign) having capacity Range from 5.0 KVA to 10.0 kva at different branches of Uttara Bank Limited. The proposed Generator must be of the latest model of the concerned manufacture. Intending Tenders having work experience for supplying, installation and maintenance of at least 50 Nos. of Portable Electric Generators at different Organization during the last 3 year may collect Tender documents from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Tk. 1000/- only (Non-refundable) per et on or before 18-11-2008 during office hours after submission of written application on their letter head pad along with the attested copies of certificate from the concerned organization / organization regarding their successful completion of work for supply, installation and maintenance of at least a total number of 50 Nos. Portable Electric Generators at those Organization
Tenders will be received up to 01-30 pm on 19-11-2008 in the Tender box Placed at the office of the undersigned during office hours. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 02-00 pm in presence of the Tender. for any further details any body may contact undersigned during office hours.
The Uttara Bank Limited reserve the right not to accept the lowest Tender and to reject any Tender or part there of or all Tender without assigning any reason whatsoever.
