7. Contract description: The purpose of this technical assistance
contract is to support effective implementation of the business-related
infrastructure grant scheme to allow targeted assistance to lagging-behind
regions. Consultants will provide assistance to the potential applicants
with project preparation as well as assistance to the grant beneficiaries
with project implementation focusing on the secondary procurement issues.
