Description

The Bureau of Meteorology is currently planning for the construction of additional:

  • Computer cooling capacity
  • Uninterruptible power supply
  • Associated mechanical, electrical and building works

for the Central Computing Facility (CCF) at 700 Collins St Melbourne, Victoria. The Bureau is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the works. 

Contractors interested in being considered for tender should submit: 

  • Relevant commercial air-conditioning and electrical construction capability
  • Experience in project delivery
  • Financial capability
  • Quality Assurance status
  • Key personnel with relevant experience
  • Compliance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry
 
Conditions for ParticipationThe National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, in accordance with the Australian Government Implementation Guidelines for the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry, revised September 2005, reissued June 2006, applies to this project.
