SECTION 53(B) and SECTION 54.2 (b) and (d)
of the IRR-A OF THE R.A. 9184

The City Government of Olongapo, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), announces the Emergency Procurement for Substation instrumentation, Maintenance Tools and Equipment for emergency use of Public Utilities Dept. pursuant to section 53(b) and section 54.2 (b) and (d) of the IRR-A of the R.A. 9184.The source of fund shall be taken from PUD Fund..

Bid documents will be available to prospective bidders upon payment of non- refundable bid form fee of P 15,000.00 to the Treasury Dept. Olongapo City .

BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, waive any defects therein, and accept the offer most advantageous to the Government, without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to offset expenses or losses the bidder may incur in the preparation of the bids and obligation to inform the affected bidder(s) of the ground(s) for the basis of BAC's action.
