terms of:
1. Quality of the methodology for collecting data needed to develop the
individual country studies, regional overviews and provide a strong basis
for the analysis of the impact of the emerging markets on the EDTIB.
Weighting: 20.
2. Quality of the methodology and access to expertise for: selecting the
key countries for the detailed market overview; developing the detailed
market overview; and developing the regional overviews. Weighting: 50.
3. Quality and comprehensiveness of the methodology proposed for carrying
out the analysis of the impact of, and challenges posed by, emerging
markets on the EDTIB and for identifying possible strategies to respond to
them. Weighting: 30.
4. Maximum of EUR 120 000.
