INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The DepED-Bids and Awards Committee I (BAC I) invites eligible bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the supply of venues with board and lodging, accommodations, conference rooms for workshops, trainings, or seminars indicated below:

4th Cluster Training on Drop Out Reduction Program (DORP) Implementation.

Bids received that exceed the ABC shall be rejected. Bids in excess of Php1,200.00/pax/day shall also be rejected. A bidder may submit bids before October 6, 2008 during office hours to the BAC I Chairperson through the BAC I Secretariat at the address indicated in the next paragraph.

The Bidding Documents shall be available at the BAC I Secretariat, Procurement Service, Room 508, 5th Floor, Mabini Bldg., DepED Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, starting on September 29, 2008 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php500.00 in cash to the DepED Cashier.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures under R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Information is also available at http://www.deped.gov.ph or www.procurementservice.org or call DepED-PS at telephone no. 636-65-43 or fax no. 636-65-42.

DepED-BAC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to annul the bidding process, or declare failure of bidding at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected parties.
