Defense Commissary Agency requests quotes for cigarette merchandisers to be delivered FOB Destination to Richards Gebaur, MO, and Robins AFB, GA Commissaries. This RFQ will be issued as a simplified acquisition, 100% small business set-aside basis. The RFQ will be released on September 23, 2008. Only written requests for a copy will be honored (facsimile or email acceptable) and must contain the following information: RFQ number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, DUNS number and CAGE code. The facsimile number is (804) 734-8269, E-Mail address: senta.hanson@deca.mil. By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this RFQ. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the above stated agency.See Numbered Note(s) 1.
